| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Washington must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Washington street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Washington or an entity authorized to do business in Washington, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
